XG PRODUCTIONS is a highly specialized Media Production and Management Company co-founded by former FBI agents, Jim and Tim Clemente in 2008 to bring compelling stories to market via TV, film, streaming and audio platforms. Jim spent two decades as a profiler in the FBI’s Behavioral Analysis Unit while Tim served a sniper and tactical agent on the FBI SWAT Team and a member of Washington's Joint Terrorism Task Force. Together, they worked some of the most notorious cases in the history of the FBI, including the 9/11 Investigation, the DC Sniper, and the Interrogation of Saddam Hussein. Jim made his foray into Hollywood as writer/producer on the CBS hit series, Criminal Minds, and the brothers went on to consult, write and produce on numerous broadcast and cable dramas, including CBS’s NCIS: LA, FOX’s Lie to Me, CBS’s The Unit and Discovery Channel’s Manhunt: Unabomber.  In addition to the Clemente brothers and a management team of seasoned media & entertainment industry professionals, the company comprises the largest team of former government agency, law enforcement and military personnel in the entertainment industry under XG's Management (see MANAGEMENT for more information).

In 2021 XG Productions developed and produced the reboot of America’s Most Wanted for FOX and entered into a first-look deal with CBS Studios. Under the terms of this unprecedented partnership, XG develops and produces premium content for both scripted and non-scripted television, with an emphasis in the robust crime genre leveraging the company’s deep law enforcement expertise, inside access to law enforcement agencies around the globe and award-winning audio IP. The company's first scripted project in development with CBS Studios is an adaptation of XG’s Best-Selling Audible Original Series, Call Me God, about the Clemente brothers’ roles in the DC Sniper investigation. XG is also currently producing a documentary series, UNSEALED, for Paramount+ on rising domestic terrorism in the U.S. and developing Real Criminal Minds, a non-scripted series with CBS and ABC Signature.

In addition to co-producing America’s Most Wanted, XG achieved critical acclaim as Creators and Executive Producers of The Case of: JonBenet Ramsey (CBS), Manhunt: Unabomber (Discovery/Netflix) and the EMMY-nominated, Pandemic (Netflix).  XG’s Audio division produces hit podcasts and audio documentaries, including Real Crime Profile (Wondery), Best Case/Worst Case, and achieved the New York Times Bestseller and Audible Bestseller lists with three of its Audible Original Series: Evil Has A Name, Pulitzer-nominated, Call Me God, and Brooklyn North (see OUR PRODUCTIONS for more information).
